Nayan Bangalee is the chairman of FOBANA convention 2022. FOBANA® is a non-profit organization that does not take a stand on any political issues, does not engage in discrimination of any kind, and does not make a profit. It has a history dating back to 1987 and currently carries the Tax Identification Number of 26-1747615.

FOBANA will only acknowledge those North American Bangladeshi Associations that are successful in meeting a set of requirements. This organisation is committed to advancing Bangladeshi culture, history, and language while also safeguarding those aspects of Bangladeshi identity.

The United States of America is going to play host to the FOBANA conference in 2022, and Nayan Bangalee is going to preside over the gathering as its president.
In this country, social work-based politics are often credited to him as being one of the Founding Fathers of the movement. [Further citation is required]
It seems likely that involvement in social work is a substantial component of political participation, and that involvement in social work is the principal way by which one can become a politician.

Both of these hypotheses are supported by the available evidence. In addition to that, Nayan Bagalee is the President and Founder of the School of Leadership, which he developed. This is an alternate way of stating the same thing.

THE MISSION OF FOBANA IS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Each year, you are responsible for organising the FOBANA Convention and supervising the tasks that have been allotted to the member organisations. In North America, efforts should be made to advance and defend the interests of the Bangladeshi community.

In order to protect our national identity, it is important to spread awareness of the rich cultural diversity, rich ethnic heritage, and traditional values that Bangladesh possesses.

Help end injustice, bigotry, and prejudice by making a contribution to the battle against it.

Help to improve the relationship between the people of Bangladesh and North America by contributing to its strengthening.

yan Bangalee is the chairman of FOBANA convention 2022 - Maintain a position of prominence as the primary point of contact for Bangladeshi organisations located in North America.

Modus operandi for FOBANA Unification, inclusion, assimilation and expansion.

Nayan Bangalee is the chairman of FOBANA convention
36th FOBANA opening ceremony in Chicago 2022

There are three different approaches to achieving unity with FOBANA.

As individuals:

We are very much aware of and respectful toward all the amazing souls who have contributed to FOBANA over the course of the previous decades and got FOBANA to where it is now. This is something that we feel very strongly about. Therefore, everyone who has ever served as an officer in FOBANA (regardless of factions or organisations) central or executive committee participated in the host committees or served in any FOBANA committees will be deemed to be a part of FOBANA.

This includes anyone who served in any FOBANA committees. Depending on their degree of knowledge and contribution, these persons might be offered positions as advisers, membership in existing FOBANA committees, or even the opportunity to lead any of the committees as Chairperson of any of the committees.

Everyone will be recognized as a member of the FOBANA alumni community, and they will each receive a FOBANA Alumni Gold pin as well as a seat at the FOBANA Annual Alumni brunch. They will also be allowed to attend the Annual General Meeting as guests, but they will not be granted the right to vote unless they otherwise satisfy the requirements to become a voting member for that year.

As an organisation:

Any organisation that has ever been a voting member of FOBANA (regardless of factions or groups) is eligible for membership renewal provided that they pay the membership cost and register with the host committee. This is the only requirement for membership renewal.

On their first year of membership, new organisations are not allowed to vote on membership matters. According to the grandfather provision in the "Houston Acord," this restriction will not apply to these historic organisations, and they will be exempt from it. During the first year after the unification, entering organisations will have the opportunity to take advantage of this benefit. Within the first year of membership, influential groups may get an invitation to join the Executive Committee.

As a group of organisation:

The third way that a group might get affiliated with FOBANA is by joining as an organisation or other type of group. When conversations of this nature take place, you could hear people use the term "somoter vittite" or the phrase "on the basis of equitable distribution." Both of these phrases mean about the same thing. It is in everyone's best interest to take the time to explain what that phrase actually means.

Before beginning any effective communication, both parties need to have a clear understanding of the other person they will be negotiating with. Before engaging in conversation or exchanging pleasantries with someone, it is proper manners and a customary politeness to offer one's credentials. It is not sufficient for professional engagement to merely state one's positions (president, chairman, vice chairman, etc.) without providing any proof to support those claims.

As a result, it is necessary to discuss the following information before moving on to the third choice.
In the event that it is required, FOBANA will submit all of them in writing and/or as a certified or notarized document along with an online link for verification by a third party audit.

  1. Articles of Incorporation, often known as a Constitution, signed by attendees of the Annual General Meeting
  2. By-Laws
  3. Trademark or any other legal organisations and their present legitimate status in their respective jurisdictions
  4. The current standing of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation
  5. The state and the city in which you are registered
  6. The current status of the company's registration in the state of registration
  7. Information on the statutory registered agent, including a current status that is valid
  8. The EIN of the IRS and the most recent five years of tax returns filed with the IRS
  9. the address of the website
  10. A list of the active directors and executive officers, together with their positions and ways to get in touch with them
  11. A current listing of the advisors
  12. A list of every previous convention, including the city and year, as well as the names of the convener and members secretary
  13. The official election result, as certified by the chief election commissioner, of the most recent election that took place at the annual general meeting
  14. A list of active, contributing members in good standing
  15. A financial report that has been audited and certified by the treasurer
  16. a user account on Facebook
  17. An account on Twitter
  18. Any recently issued press releases or articles that have been published in the media

The aforementioned things will assist both parties in becoming more familiar with one another and engaging in fruitful conversation. It is also helpful to have an understanding of what exactly is meant by the term "equitable share." This information would be available on the website of any professional organisation or may be obtained from the Secretary. Consequently, putting them together shouldn't take more than a few days of work.
